Client Goals

The client sought out to reclaim flood plain land in Centerville to develop multiple retail and warehouse spaces for local businesses. This multi-unit building needed to be visible from Legacy Highway and allow tenants the ability to customize each space to fit the needs of their unique business.

Other Information

Special attention was given to the exterior facade to convey a professional outward facing presence for each business tenant. Rock-filled pillars and other accents adorn each entrance enclosure. Open interior ceilings provide a spacious and modern feel while maintaining a professional touch. Each tenant space includes warehouse access and storage through large bay door receiving areas.
