Client Goals
Coordinate the building of initial charter school with remaining schools slated to break ground following the success of the first project. Consideration and plans needed to be drawn up for the future expansion of each campus.
Sustainable Features
Minimized use of artificial lighting, occupancy/vacancy sensors, rooftop light tubes, advanced air sealing, high-performance window glazing, native landscaping, energy-efficient building materials
Other Information
Each campus location included a multipurpose room and ample space for extracurricular activities. Other important features included an outdoor amphitheater and auditorium for special arts performances.

Project Description
The Syracuse Arts Academies function under the same charter at three separate locations. The look and feel needed to be consistent but unique. Each campus presented different challenges that were accomplished on time while providing full coordination with the city and school board. Special consideration was given to the flow of traffic, both for the safety of students and the impact of the surrounding neighborhood.
