Client Goals
Client wanted a building with four tenant spaces and a large common area/entrance with a third floor overlook of the entrance. Tenant finishes needed to factor best practices for patient flow of traffic for treatment areas, admissions, and billing/checkout.
Other Information
The entrance exterior was designed with timber beams and high-reaching stone features. The interior atrium is designed to allow natural sun light to flood the area, minimizing the need for artificial lighting and increasing the aesthetic appeal of the space upon entering. Both construction staking and construction administration were provided by Silverpeak.

Project Description
The Mountain View Dental building adds visual appeal to the business area with beautiful timber beams, a high-reaching stone exterior. The front elevation is 2-stories tall with a separate entrance for employees and vendors creating optimal foot traffic for patients. The rear elevation exposes all three stories.
