Client Goals
The client wanted to develop additional business space for local retailers. Each tenant space needed to be adaptable to the unique needs of each business owner. Signage on building needed to be visible from Legacy Highway. Exterior finishes needed to reflect an inviting business front.
Other Information
Tenant finishes were customized to the needs of a healthcare clinic, dance studio, and industrial cleaning supply distribution center.

Project Description
The Mission office building and warehouse space is perfectly suited to the needs of local business owners. The site location was selected specifically to be situated close to Legacy Highway to offer additional visibility and easy access to transportation. The exterior design sets this building apart from all other similar buildings in the area with beautiful rock treatments and timberwood entrance enclosures.
