With little access to medical services in the immediate area, the Layton Medical Plaza looked to offer a full range of healthcare services. Each tenant space is built to accommodate the exact needs of their practice. Ample parking space was included and through-traffic was minimized with optimal site planning.

Included in the complex are individual healthcare practitioners, urgent care, physician clinic, physical therapy, pediatrics, dentistry, orthodontics, pharmacy, gym club, and a nail salon.

Project Description
Ideally situated on the north bench of Layton, the Layton Medical Plaza offers convenient access to a wide range of services. Each three-story building offers both patient treatment areas and office space to accommodate patients as well as tenants. Traffic flow was designed in a circular pattern to eliminate congestion and allow easy access to each tenant facility from both the front and rear of the buildings.
