Client Goals
The flow of traffic for dropping off and picking up students was a top priority of the school board. The design for factored in the safety of the students as well as the need to minimize traffic backing up on the street. Each work together and were executed very well.
Sustainable Features
Minimized use of artificial lighting, occupancy/vacancy sensors, rooftop light tubes, advanced air sealing, high-performance window glazing, native landscaping, energy-efficient building materials
Other Information
With limited space, the multipurpose room was designed to act as the gym, auditorium, and the cafeteria. Special consideration was give to the placement and functional elements of this space to accommodate all uses.

Project Description
This is the second campus for Leadership Learning Academy, following the academic success of its sister campus in Layton. The school is bordered on two sides with residential properties and commercial property on another. In conjunction with the city and the school board this charter school now serves over 500 students.
