Client Goals
Client wanted a location with high visibility from US-193 with front and side-facing company signage. Given the nature of their business they needed offices that would accommodate private meetings and large conference rooms for staff meetings and client sessions with up to 15 people in attendance.
Other Information
The privacy of clients was a focus for the client. The layout of the building allows for minimal overlap in client traffic and multiple doorways between halls making it possible to break line of set wherever wanted.

Feller and Wendt is a growing law practice in Layton, UT. This building was designed to accommodate this growth as well as offer an updated office space that reflected their professional value. Special needs were met to ensure that each client’s’ privacy is always met. The exterior of the building features high-reaching and wrap-around stone work with an arched entryway that enhances company signage.
