Client Goals
The purpose of this project was to create a new space for Academica West with expanded office space to accommodate their growing needs and allow for future growth. This building serves as their headquarters. The space had to speak to the importance of their partners as well as their focus on creating an environment well suited for the entire staff.
Other Information
Understanding the amount of time that staff spend at work, Academica West invested in spacious areas designated toward achieving a workspace that allowed people to unwind and relax as well.
Included are a fully-functional exercise area, locker rooms, a full-size indoor basketball court, storage area with 4 large bay doors, and 3 fully-functional kitchens.

Project Description
Since outgrowing their current office space, Academica West needed a new facility that would accommodate their expanding staff and other business needs. Walking through the main entrance you are greeted by a beautiful suspended stairway with recessed surround lighting and large overhead coffered ceiling with custom skylight. Similarly beautiful and innovative architecture and structural engineering continue throughout the interior and exterior of the building to offer a visually appealing experience around every turn.
