Client Goals
The original tenant required a space that would allow the business to grow in to each leasing space as needed. Once the space became to small the spaces were adjusted to be separate and able to lease to three individual businesses. The warehouse area can be shared or exclusive to one tenant.
Other Information
Special attention was give to the entrances, providing a clean and professional appearance with timberwood details and copper roofing.

Project Description
This building was originally designed for one tenant, understanding that in a few years they would outgrow the space and need to lease the space to new tenants. The project was developed to allow them to do this. Additional parking was developed in the rear of the building as well as ample space for shipping, receiving, and movement of large machinery.
