Silverpeak is looking for a Licensed Architect with a wide range of experience with educational, commercial, and industrial building design projects. This position will work out of our Layton, Utah office alongside our Structural and Civil Engineers, and surveyors.

• Prepare information regarding design, structure, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time
• Consult with clients to determine their functional and spatial requirements.
• Consult with other Professionals: Civil and Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, Surveyors and others as required by the project
• Direct the activities of skilled drafters, engaged in producing the drawings and specification documents
• Plan the layout of projects. Prepare contract documents for building contractors.
• Provide Architectural Construction Management and Coordination with clients during construction

• 5 years minimum experience in Architectural Design, drafting, coordination and management of building projects.
• Proficiency using AutoCAD and REVIT
• Utah Architect License or the ability to obtain license with in an allowable amount of time
• M.S. Architectural Degree from accredited institution
• Experience in plan development
• Proven ability to work on a team designing and preparing construction documents for projects
• Project delivery experience working directly with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients
• Must be self-directed, motivated, and detail-oriented

Salary negotiable depending on experience
