SIlverpeak is seeking an Architectural Designer/Project Manager to work with the design and documentation team in solving the detailed problems of a design and in communicating the design to clients and contractors.

• Work with the design team in solving the detailed problems of a design
• Communicate designs to client and contractors
• Prepare information regarding design, structure, specifications, materials, and colors
• 3D mockups of designs for client presentation
• Direct the activities of skilled drafters and structural/mechanical/electrical engineers engaged in producing drawings and specification documents
• Assistance in developing product specifications
• Consult with clients to determine their functional and spatial requirements
• Work in site design issue resolution and coordination may also be required
• Provide support to Architect during construction management and coordination with clients during construction.

• Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience in technical design and detailing of commercial construction projects
• Proven ability in coordinating design documents for construction
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, and Sketchup
• Preferably also proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in plan development
• Working knowledge of building codes and other design codes
• Proven ability to work on a team designing and preparing construction documents for projects
• Project delivery experience working directly with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with clients
• Must be self-directed, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Minimum 2 year technical degree in Architectural Engineering – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred
